We only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellations & Sales Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All sales are final.

Standard orders take 3 to 5 business days to be packed and processed before they are shipped.

Select exclusive items are custom, made-to-order, and handcrafted at our partner facility in London. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are strictly final sale—no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for custom production and delivery.

Once processed, standard shipping transit times will apply depending on your location and the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that your shipping address is correct and agree to these terms.

959 Park Place / 6 Deep is not liable for incorrect addresses auto-filled by third-party applications (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the Shop App). It is your responsibility to ensure your saved profiles are updated. No replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued for packages delivered to an outdated or incorrect address.

We highly recommend keeping Route Package Protection selected at checkout.

If you purchase Route Protection: Your package is fully covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If an issue occurs, you can file a quick claim directly through Route for a replacement or refund.

If you opt-out of Route Protection: 959 Park Place / 6 Deep is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once handed to the carrier, they assume all responsibility, and you must file a claim directly with them. No replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued by us.
